1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TrustScore services operated by Udbahu Corporation ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TrustScore is a personal trust assessment platform that analyzes your digital footprint, MFS transaction history, and personal information to generate a Trust Score (200-650). This score serves as your Trust Passport — shareable with BNPL merchants, landlords, employers, and financial institutions for trust verification.

2A. Trust Passport (B2C)

When you pay ৳30 for your Trust Passport:

• You are requesting an assessment of your own data
• The Trust Passport is provided to you only
• You may share your Trust Score via QR code, link, or PDF with any party
• This is your personal trust document — you pay, you own it, you control who sees it

This service processes your data for you, not third-party data about you. You decide who to share it with.

3. Eligibility

To use TrustScore, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of Bangladesh
• Possess a valid National ID (NID)
• Provide accurate and truthful information

4. Application Fee

• The Trust Passport fee is ৳30 (Thirty Taka)
• Payment is accepted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket
• The fee is non-refundable once scoring has begun
• Fee includes one Trust Score calculation and 1-year dashboard access

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not submit fraudulent or falsified documents
• Not attempt to manipulate or game the scoring system
• Not use another person's identity without authorization
• Consent to identity verification including Video KYC

6. Fraud Detection & Consequences

TrustScore employs advanced AI-powered fraud detection. If we detect fraudulent activity:

• Your application will be immediately rejected
• Your information may be shared with law enforcement
• You may be permanently banned from our services
• No refund will be provided

7. Score Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, TrustScore is based on the information you provide and publicly available data. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of third-party data sources
• That your score reflects your complete trustworthiness
• Approval from any receiving party (BNPL, landlord, employer, FI)

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and technology on TrustScore are the property of Udbahu Corporation. Users may not:

• Reverse engineer our scoring algorithms
• Scrape or copy our website content
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udbahu Corporation shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of Trust Score by receiving parties
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business or revenue
• Data loss due to factors beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the Trust Passport fee paid (৳30).

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation: Through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration: Under Bangladesh Arbitration Act, in Dhaka

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
